Rest & Reset: Crowned in Calm™ is a monthly sound bath experience featuring crystal singing bowls, guided relaxation, breathwork, and intentional stillness to support nervous system regulation and stress relief. Whether you’re carrying the weight of work, caregiving, school, or simply the busyness of life, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down, release tension, and return to yourself. Participants are invited to settle into a comfortable position while being immersed in soothing sound frequencies that encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and restoration. No experience is necessary. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, supported, and crowned in calm.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The appointment must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline to avoid being charged. All no call/no shows will be charged 100%. Appointments canceled within the 24 hours will be charged 50%.
