What to Expect
Sessions begin with a brief check-in. We discuss your goals, areas of tension, and pressure preferences so every session is truly tailored to you. Our approach honors communication, collaboration, and consent. Pressure is always adjusted with your comfort in mind.
Safety and Comfort
Your comfort and safety are essential. Sessions include comfort-focused draping you’ll always be properly covered, with only the area worked on gently uncovered. This ensures you feel supported, respected, and at ease.

Our sliding-scale program is designed to make rest, care, and relief more accessible, especially for those who carry heavy burdens but rarely receive care in return. Choose from tiered rates for massage or private yoga.

60-minute Signature Royal Massage
60-minute Private 1:1 Yoga Session
Tiered Rates:
Tier 1: Supported Rate – $60
For those with limited income or financial hardship
Tier 2: Community Rate – $70
For those with moderate income who still need support
Tier 3: Standard Rate – $80
For those with stable income or who want to help make care accessible for others
