About Cute & Cut

Chantel

Where rest is honored, care is intentional, and your body is supported with respect.

Cute & Cut is a wellness space based in Lawrence, Kansas, offering therapeutic massage, private yoga, assisted stretching, and sound-based practices designed to support the body and nervous system.

Founded by Chantel White, Cute & Cut was created as a response to the need for slower, more intentional care. In a world that often encourages pushing through and staying busy, this space offers something different. It is an opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Each service is designed to support individuals experiencing stress, physical tension, and the weight of everyday life. The work is rooted in a trauma-informed and culturally grounded approach that prioritizes safety, consent, and presence.

At Cut & Cut, care is not rushed, and rest is not treated as a luxury. It is essential.

This is a space where you are invited to soften, breathe, and return to yourself.

 Our Mission

Cute & Cut exists to provide intentional, trauma-informed wellness experiences that support rest, nervous system regulation, and reconnection for individuals navigating stress, pain, and the demands of everyday life.

If your body has been asking you to slow down, this is your invitation to finally exhale.

 Meet Chantel

Chantel White, LMT, RYT-200

🌿 Founder • Trauma-Informed Wellness Facilitator • Bodywork, Yoga, and Sound Healing • Rest Queen 🌿

Chantel White is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner based in Lawrence, Kansas.

Through her work, she supports individuals in releasing tension, regulating their nervous systems, and reconnecting with their bodies through therapeutic touch, movement, breath, and sound.

Her approach is intentional, unhurried, and rooted in creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and supported without pressure to perform, explain, or push beyond their limits.

Clients often describe her presence as grounding and calming, allowing them to fully relax and receive care in a way that feels both restorative and empowering.

 Roots & Lineage

As a proud Black and Indigenous (Seminole Nation) woman, Chantel honors her lineage through the way she holds space, works with the body, and centers rest as essential.

Her work is deeply influenced by a respect for ancestral wisdom, body awareness, and the understanding that the body carries more than just physical tension.

Through bodywork, mindful movement, breath, and somatic awareness, she creates experiences that feel grounding, supportive, and dignifying.

Each session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

 Philosophy

Care should feel safe.

Rest should not be rushed.

Your body deserves to be supported, not pushed.

Whether through massage, yoga, or sound-based practices, each session is guided by presence, intention, and respect for the body’s natural pace.

This work is not about quick fixes.

It is about creating space for the body to release, regulate, and return to balance.

Every person is met where they are and treated with care, dignity, and a touch of royalty.
