Chantel White is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner based in Lawrence, KS. She is the Founder of Cute & Cut, a trauma-informed wellness studio, and Balance, a luxury CBD wellness brand.
With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care, community healing, and sacred self-restoration, Chantel’s work brings together therapeutic technique, mindful movement, and a restorative approach to healing.

Roots & Lineage

As a proud Black and Indigenous (Seminole) woman, Chantel honors her lineage through every session, space, and offering.
Her approach integrates bodywork, movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and ancestral wisdom to create experiences that are both grounding and divine, inviting every client to reconnect with their power, their breath, and their peace.

  • Massage Therapy (500 hours) – Kansas City Massage Institute, 2023

  • Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hours) – My Vinyasa Practice, 2023

  • Certified Sound Healing Practitioner – 2024

  • Certified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner – 2024

  • Master of Social Work (in progress) – Washburn University, Class of 2027

 

Her Mission

Whether through a massage, guided breathwork, or a yoga flow, Chantel’s sessions are crafted with heart, honor, and intention. Through Cute & Cut, she has cultivated a sanctuary where rest is revolutionary, healing is sacred, and every person is treated like royalty.

Beyond the Studio

Off the mat and massage table, Chantel is pouring into her family, her husband and children, hosting community wellness events, tending to her plants, studying, or resting in her truth. She holds a deep belief that healing is not a luxury; it is your birthright.
