Assisted Stretch or Thai Massage
Service Description
Experience a 60-minute assisted stretching session or Thai Massage customized to your body’s unique needs. This technique helps improve mobility, release chronic pain, and enhance flexibility. Your session includes a range of motion assessment and a targeted plan to address tight muscles and stiff joints. If you can’t make it to the studio, ask about our travel service and we’ll bring the session to you!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The appointment must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline to avoid being charged. All no call/no shows will be charged 100%. Appointments canceled within the 24 hours will be charged 50%.
