Our expert instructor will guide you through individual modifications and variations for poses, ensuring proper alignment and breathing techniques. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, our session will enhance your practice and build confidence on your mat.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The appointment must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline to avoid being charged. All no call/no shows will be charged 100%. Appointments canceled within the 24 hours will be charged 50%.
